Cancellations

Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system under various reasons. Possible reasons include:

  • The availability of the products(s)
  • Errors in processing your payment information
  • Unable to ship to the address provided
  • Suspect of a duplicate order

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a cancellation notification notice via e-mail. It will prior reason for the cancellation. You will not be charge for any cancelled products. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again through our website.

 

Delivery of Your Products

Delivery of your products can take 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Malaysia.

 

Order Status

The status of your open orders may be checked by visiting our Order Tracking page. This is the easiest and fastest way to obtain current information.

When you click on Order Tracking, you will need to log in with your e-mail address and password. Once you are signed in, the Order Tracking page will supply you with detailed information upon your current and past orders. After your order has been shipped, your tracking number, if applicable, will be displayed on this page. This number allows you to check the shipping status of your order through the shipping carrier.

Understanding the Status of Your Order

The status of your order is available in your Order History almost immediately after you place an order. It is automatically updated each time your order advances through the process. If items within your order ship separately, your Order History information will be displayed for each item. The following list of status messages will inform you of your order status.

How is order status different from tracking information?

The status of your order is supplied by PetsMore.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, CityLink Express) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 2 full business days after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

 

Shopping Cart

Whenever you add a product to your shopping cart at PetsMore.com, the product will be saved in your shopping cart. This will allow you to continue shopping without worrying that it will disappear.

Options in the Shopping Cart:

  • Reviewing your order. You can review the details of your order before you proceed to our secure checkout.
  • Update order quantity. If you wish to change the order quantity of any product in your cart, simply type the desired quantity next to the item and click "Update Shopping Cart"
  • Remove a product from your Shopping Cart. Select the unwanted product and click on the "Remove" icon.
  • Return to shop. If you wish to continue shopping while saving your Shopping Cart, click "Continue Shopping". Products in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed. You may return to your Shopping Cart any time by clicking "My Cart" at the top of any page.
  • Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your order, click "Checkout ". Our checkout process is fast, simple and secure.

 

Tracking your Order

The status of your order is easy to find.

  • Check your e-mail. You are required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout, so that you may receive e-mails regarding the status of your order.
  • Visit the website. You may sign in at PetsMore.com for your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.
  • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail
