Return Policy

To make a return request, please contact our Customer Service at It would be easier for us to inspect the condition of the product if you could attach the photo of the product you intend to return in your email. After we've confirm your return request, which will be informed to you via email, please return the product in good condition, in its original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories.

If you are unable to locate your packing slip, you can call us to get the merchandise return form.

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept Cash On Delivery.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package in order to monitor the delivery status.
  • The return shipping cost will be refunded if the return product is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.


Our Return Procedure

All exchanges and credit refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours from the date of receipt to Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer according to our standard delivery times, 9am-5pm (weekdays) and 9am-12pm (saturday), no delivery on sunday or any public holidays.
