Store Credit

While we are committing to fulfil your order, sometime we will face stock outage issue. In this case, we will return your money in the form of store credit. Store credit is a return mechanism worth equally to the value of product you ordered. You can use the store credit purchase any item on petsmore.com. Store credit will be deducted if your order is successfully check out.


How to use my store credit?

Proceed to checkout your order as usual. In Payment Method selection screen, you will have the option to enter the amount of Store Credit you would like to use.


I ‘ve run into issue during payment process and my order is pending now. The store credit is already deducted, how do I get them back to use on my next payment?


We are sorry for the inconvenience because store credit is deducted prior of order confirmation. If your order is pending and unable to get back your store credit, please login your account and check your Order History, in that page you can manually cancel your order and we will refund the store credit. Alternatively, our system will automatically cancel your order if no payment confirmation is received after one hour. The store credit will be return to you as well.

I don’t want store credit. Could you refund to my bank account instead?

If you would like us to refund to your bank account, please provide us the following info:

  1. Order number
  2. Name of Bank
  3. Bank Account Holder's Name
  4. Bank Account Number
  5. Identification Card Number / Passport Number (for interbank transfer verification)


*For PayPal and Credit Card payment, you could directly email us your order number and ask for refund. However, credit card payment could only be refunded within one week from the date of purchase.
